Guinness Infused Crock Pot Corn Beef and Cabbage
Tasty holiday meal you can enjoy all year long!
- 2 lbs Corn Beef
- 2-3 cups Raw Carrots
- 1 bundle celery stalk
- 1 head Cabbage
- 1/2 chopped white onion
- 2-3 medium sized red potatoes
- 6 oz Gunniess
- 32 oz Beef Stock
Turn on crock pot to cook on low for 6 to 8 hours, or on high for 4 hours.
Cut up vegetables, potatoes, and onion. Put into crock pot.
Put corn beef on top of cut up onion, potatoes, carrots, and celery.
Pour beef stock and gunnies over top. Cover and let cook!
About 1 hour before serving add in cabbage! Then enjoy!
