Keto Peanut Butter Chocolate Chip Cookies

This whole recipe only has 30 grams of carbs! They are so easy to make and tastes like the real thing!

Ingredients

  • 1/2 Cup Butter Softened I like Kerigold
  • 1/3 Cup Peanut Butter
  • 1/3 Cup Brown Swerve
  • 1/3 Cup Sweetener I like Swerve
  • 2 Eggs
  • 1 tbsp Vanilla Extract
  • 2 Cups Almond Flour
  • 1/2 tsp Baking Soda
  • 1/4 Cup Lily's Sugar Free Dark Chocolate Chips

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Mix butter, peanut butter, and sweeteners together. Then add vanilla and eggs and mix. I just like to use my hand mixer for this.
  • Then add flour and baking soda and mix!
  • Lastly add your chocolate chips! These chocolate chips are a little pricy but so worth it! That's why I typically only use about 1/4 cup, this allows me to make roughly 4 batches of cookies with one bag and helps keep the carb count low. But feel free to add more chocolate chips if you'd like!
  • Then line your baking sheet with wax paper. I use my tbsp to scoop the cookie dough onto the sheet. Depending on the size of your cookies, this recipe usually makes 24. Bake at 350 degrees for 10-15 minutes! Then enjoy!
