Comfort food at its finest! This simple homemade Mac n cheese dinner is easy to make and tastes so good, you will want to keep coming back for more!
I love this recipe, because you need so little ingredients to make it! It's great for a lazy night in, when your low on food and you don't feel like going to the grocery store until tomorrow.
3 Ingredient Homemade Mac N cheese
This recipe is literally just noodles, cheese, and milk! Use what you have on hand! Any cheese, or milk, or noodle combination you like! Just go for it, it tastes so great!
Just start by boiling your noodles in a small pan. Then drain the excess water. Add half the noodles to a pan, then top with grated or cut up cheese. Layer it, pour some milk over the top, bake, and serve! It's that easy!
This is such a great comfort meal and you can easily dress it up with a side salad, or some frozen or fresh veggies on the side. My family loves this dinner!
It also, makes for a great lunch, when I am at home with the kids. It's nice because, I usually buy my noodles in bulk from Costco. So, I can just make a little bit or a lot depending on who I am feeding.
I hope you love this super easy and tasty recipe! Watch out though, it's not the greatest on the waistline due to the high carb content! 😉 But every once and a while it's so perfect to splurg a little! Enjoy!
Homemade Mac N Cheese

Easy and very tasty comfort food!
- 2-3 cups uncooked noodles of choice
- 16 oz cheddar cheese
- 1/4 cup milk (I like whole milk )
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Boil noodles until cooked to al dente (not fully cooked). I like to get my cheese ready while the noodles boil. Here I just cut the cheese into smaller pieces.

Once the noodles are done, drain the water. Then layer the noodles and the cheese into the pan. Top off with the cheese and pour the milk over the top. Then bake at 350 degrees for 20-30 minutes.
